Wildfire Brazilian Churrasco Feast Worth the Trip, Restaurant Auckland
Watch the VLOG: https://www.tiktok.com/@anavidtraveller/video/7564286483541118216If you love meat, Wildfire Restaurant in Auckland is one of those places you hear about for years before finally going. Brazilian churrasco, unlimited skewers, and that whole bring the meat to your table experience. Sounds like a gimmick, but Wildfire has been doing this for a long time, and there is a reason people keep coming back.
I went for their well-known all-you-can-eat churrasco feast, and here is what you need to know.
What Is Wildfire Restaurant
Wildfire is a Brazilian churrascaria-style restaurant, meaning the focus is on slow-roasted meats cooked over open flames and served tableside. Instead of ordering individual mains, you opt for the churrasco feast and the servers come around continuously with different cuts of meat.
You flip your table card to green when you want more, red when you need a break. Simple, dangerous, and very effective.
The Churrasco Experience
The star here is the meat. Beef, lamb, chicken, sausages, and more, cooked on skewers and sliced directly onto your plate.
The pacing is steady. You are never rushed, but you are also never left waiting too long. The meats are seasoned, letting the natural flavours come through rather than drowning everything in sauces.
Some cuts are richer and heavier, others leaner, which helps balance things out as the meal goes on.
Sides and Extras
One thing worth mentioning is that sides are served alongside the meat. You do not need to order them separately. Rice, salads, potatoes, and other accompaniments arrive to help pace the meal and give you a break between meats.
Honestly, this works in your favour. Without the sides, you would probably tap out on meat far too quickly.
The Auckland Location
Wildfire has relocated and is now based at
15 Clearwater Cove
West Harbour
Auckland 0678
This is no longer a city centre spot, but the space suits the concept well—plenty of room, comfortable seating, and a relaxed atmosphere that works for long meals.
It is the kind of place you go knowing you will be there for a while.
What to Expect Before You Go
This is not a quick dinner. Go hungry. Pace yourself. Say no sometimes so you can say yes later.
Expect
Unlimited meat service
A social, relaxed dining atmosphere
Friendly staff who explain the cuts
A meal that fills you up properly
It is best enjoyed with friends or family, especially people who appreciate a proper feast.
Is Wildfire Worth It
If you enjoy meat-heavy meals and the experience of Brazilian churrasco, Wildfire is absolutely worth doing at least once. It is not everyday food, but it is perfect for special occasions, celebrations, or when you want to eat without looking at a menu.
This is indulgent, filling, and unapologetic.
Final Thoughts
Wildfire Restaurant delivers precisely what it promises. A proper Brazilian churrasco experience in Auckland, generous portions, consistent service, and a format that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the meal.
Just make sure you arrive hungry.
Google Reviews:

The service is really good. Staffs are very accomodating. Great ambiance as well!
We totally love our experience.

The renovations inside created a lovely atmosphere with beautifully styled booth seating from where you can watch the chefs work their magic in the kitchen.
They also have Harbour view seating with regular tables and chairs.
We opted to try their Churrasco Special for $54.95 per person, which includes 6 types of meats and accompaniments.
The beef rump was just perfect, with the optimum pink/red color and perfect juiciness! Their polenta fries and other accompaniments added delicious texture and flavours to the experience, with their chicken, sirloin and lamb also forming a delectable part of the experience.
The owner was friendly and involved, greeting guests and chatting with the patrons, the waiting staff were attentive and gracious and all in all it was more than just a meal, but a whole experience.
I would highly recommend supporting this newly opened establishment and enjoying their view of the harbour along with their top notch foods!
