There is no consistency anymore and the flavour now feels more artificial, almost like watermelon syrup mixed into the drink. It is quite disappointing, especially since I come here so often.
In addition, the service could be improved. Some staff tend to serve with an unfriendly expression, which does not leave a welcoming impression.
I hope the store can improve both the drink quality and service, as I truly want to continue supporting this outlet.

Ordering through both the app and the kiosk isn’t very user-friendly, it took me a while to figure out that I could actually pay as a guest without signing up. The staff didn’t seem very willing to help either; I had to ask them to place the order for me, and their attitude wasn’t the most approachable.
