Atmosphere Dessert Review, Dutch Pancakes on Remuera Road, Auckland
Watch the VLOG: https://www.tiktok.com/@anavidtraveller/video/7594300774738431252I have been hearing about Atmosphere for a while now.
And for some reason… I just never went.
Until recently.
We parked at Westfield, did a very short walk, which let us pretend nothing happened 😅
And suddenly, we were right there on the corner of Remuera Road.
Cool spot. Relaxed vibe. Proper dessert energy.
Dutch Pancakes at Atmosphere
We kept it light, because you know the rule.
Share more, try more.
Dutch pancakes.
Mixed toppings.
Oreo, pistachio, Biscoff sauce, crumble.
I asked what actually makes them Dutch.
Turns out they are thinner, less fluffy, and more crepe-like.
And honestly, that works.
Every bite tasted different.
The Biscoff was my favourite, obviously.
Pistachio came second.
Oreo still delivered.
The Butterscotch Shake
Then came the butterscotch shake.
Creamy, rich, dangerously good.
I did not want to share it… But I did.
Twenty-seven dollars fifty for both.
Worth it.
The atmosphere feels like one of those places that is easy to walk past, but once you finally stop in, you wonder why it took so long.
So now I am curious.
Are you team Biscoff, pistachio, or Oreo 🤔
Google Reviews:

Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality desserts and a cozy atmosphere!
Mixed Waffle – Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and topped with layers of crushed pistachio, biscoff, and Oreo crumbs. Each bite had a different flavor and crunch — loved how they combined everything without being too sweet.
Mixed Pancake – Soft and fluffy, served warm with ice cream on the side. The toppings are similar to the waffle, but the texture makes it feel extra comforting and indulgent.
Drinks were refreshing too (especially the mango one!). The space is bright and cozy, perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying dessert by yourself.
Highly recommend this place if you’re into beautifully made, not-too-sweet desserts with a bit of creativity. Will definitely come back!
✔️ Mixed Flavour Donuts (Pistachio, Oreo, Biscoff): These were fantastic! The dough was fresh and soft, and each flavour was distinct and delicious. The fillings were generous .A perfect shareable box.
✔️ Mixed flavor Waffle with Banana & Vanilla Ice Cream: A classic done right. The waffle was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The combination with cold ice cream and fresh banana is always a winner.
✔️ Drinks: We had the Mango Chia Protein Shake which was thick, creamy, and felt healthy and energizing. The Freshly Squeezed Pineapple Juice was refreshing and perfect for cutting through the richness of the desserts.
✔️ THE STAR – Açaí Bowl with Belgian Chocolate: This was a showstopper! When the warm Belgian chocolate sauce pours over the bowl, it magically hardens into a delicate crispy shell. The contrast between the crisp chocolate, the cold, smooth açaí base, and all the toppings was a textural masterpiece. It was an unforgettable experience.
Overall, this is a top-tier dessert destination. The quality of the ingredients and the creativity (especially with the Açaí bowl) are outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth! I will definitely be back.
The star for me was the custom acai bowl. There are almost too many topping choices, so I asked the staff to surprise me. They did not disappoint! It came out packed with biscoff crumbles and sauce, and the fresh strawberries and banana made it perfectly cool and refreshing.
My friend raved about the mixed waffle, which let her try three flavours (Oreo, pistachio, and biscoff) at once. The sauces were great with the crispy waffle.
We also shared the triple chocolate crepe. It was incredibly rich and decadent, loaded with chocolate and Nutella. It melted in the mouth, though it was a little sweet for my personal taste.
